Hogan … knocks off complex phrases, harmonics and extended techniques which such subtlety you’d hardly know what was involved.

Clare Jackson, BBC Music Magazine May 2021

Jenni Hogan is a prolific performer and composer praised as “ravishing” (The Guardian) and for her ability to “knock off complex phrases, harmonics and extended techniques with such subtlety you’d hardly know what was involved” (BBC Music Magazine). Recent highlights include performances at St John’s Smith Square, on Sounds New BBC Radio 3, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Kettle’s Yard and the Barbican. flautist Jenni Hogan … a typical tapestry of ravishing inconsequences.

The Guardian 19/02/18

The performances from all concerned were excellent … Hogan provided fine instrumental counterparts …The result was full of striking and evocative textures.
